Dance DX This Summer!

Join us for an exciting summer of dance!

You won’t want to miss a single week!

Each week will be a fun theme as dancers further develop balance, flexibility, and strength by using body weight to create resistance. Exercises to increase core, back, outer & inner thigh muscles will be heavily focused upon. Weekly combinations will be taught to build stamina, agility, and quality of movement by introducing turn sequences and various jumps requiring functional flexibility.

Summer Schedule

Evening classes meet: 6:30—7:45 PM

Morning classes meet: 10:30—11:45 AM

Jun 6—8: Neon/Bright Color Week (PM)
Jun 13—15: Braid Your Hair Week (AM)
Jun 20—22: Sport Team Week (PM)
Jun 27—29: Patriotic Week (AM)
Jul 11—13: Twinning Week (AM)
Jul 18—20: Funny Tie Week (PM)
Jul 25—27: Old Dance Costume Week (AM)
Aug 1—3: Crazy Pattern/Camo Week (AM)
Aug 8—10: DX Colors & Apparel Week (AM)
